How do you put yourself first? How does taking time for yourself help make you happier?
That was a tough one. Do I put myself first? I guess on Sunday afternoon when I take a nap...on Friday afternoon when my friend Susan and I have a quick Happy Hour in her kitchen...a few times a week when I stop what I am doing to take a walk on the beach. Not nearly enough it seems!
In general, we mothers feel guilty if we put ourselves first, but in the long run it is healthy to take some me time, do you put yourself first? How do you do it?
